4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Internal Operations

  • Your name and contact information may be shared with internal administrative staff for the purpose of managing your account, processing payments, and providing support.

4.2 Customer Interaction

  • After you accept and complete a job, limited contact with the customer may be permitted. Before a job is accepted, only the city and ZIP code are shown to protect customer privacy.

4.3 Service Providers

  • We may use third-party services (such as SMS delivery providers, push notification services, and email providers) to deliver notifications and communications. These providers have access to only the information necessary to perform their functions.

4.4 Legal Requirements

  • We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Password hashing: Your login password is never stored in plain text. It is hashed before being stored.
  • Session tokens: Your Provider session is authenticated using a server-generated session token, which is stored locally on your device.
  • Administrative access controls: Access to provider data is restricted to authorized administrative users.
  • Secure uploads: Profile photos and documents are uploaded through authenticated channels and stored in secured storage.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information using commercially acceptable means.

6. Cookies and Technologies Used

The Provider Portal does not use traditional tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Instead, we use the following technologies:

6.1 LocalStorage

  • We store your provider session data (including your provider ID, name, status, and service areas) in your browser's localStorage. This allows you to remain logged in between sessions on your device.
  • We also cache your language preference locally to ensure a consistent experience.

6.2 Service Worker

  • A service worker is installed on your device to enable push notifications and allow the app to function as an installable PWA (Progressive Web App). The service worker does not track your browsing activity.

6.3 SMS and Push Notifications

  • We use SMS messaging to notify you of new job opportunities. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
  • We use the Web Push API to deliver notifications to your device when you opt in.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

  • Active accounts: All profile, job history, and earnings data is retained while your account is active.
  • Inactive accounts: If your account is paused or inactive, we may retain your data to preserve records of completed jobs, payments, and performance history.
  • Administrative records: Internal notes, evaluations, and compliance records may be retained even after account closure, as necessary for business and legal purposes.

8. Your Rights

As a Provider using the Platform, you have the following rights regarding your data:

8.1 Access

You can view your profile information, including your name, email, phone, address, and service areas, directly within the "Meu Perfil" (My Profile) section of the Platform.

8.2 Update

You can update certain profile information at any time through the Platform, including:

  • Full name and company name
  • Email and phone number
  • Address, city, state, and ZIP code
  • Profile photo

You can enable or disable push notifications through your device settings. SMS notifications are managed by Casa Cleaning and are essential for receiving job opportunities. Disabling SMS may prevent you from receiving new job notifications.

8.4 Language

You can select your preferred language (English or Portuguese) within the Platform. Your choice is saved to your profile and applied across the Provider Portal.

9. Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting Casa Cleaning support through the WhatsApp link available in the Platform's Support ("Suporte") section or via the contact information provided below.

Important: Account deletion is not automatic. The process may require administrative review to ensure that:

  • All assigned or in-progress jobs are properly concluded or reassigned.
  • Pending payments are processed.
  • Legal and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Internal compliance records are preserved where required.

Upon completion of the review, Casa Cleaning will proceed with the deletion of your personal data from active systems, to the extent permitted by law. Certain records may be retained for legitimate business, legal, or regulatory purposes.
